Most notably, she served as the Head of Development at Mark Wahlberg's renowned non-scripted production company, Unrealistic Ideas, where she spearheaded the creation and sales of compelling and innovative content.

Growing up in a family deeply entrenched in real estate, Lauren's passion for the industry was always present.
