Most notably, she served as the Head of Development at Mark Wahlberg's renowned non-scripted production company, Unrealistic Ideas, where she spearheaded the creation and sales of compelling and innovative content.

Growing up in a family deeply entrenched in real estate, Lauren's passion for the industry was always present. In 2023, she made the bold decision to transition her career path, leveraging her diverse skill set and industry knowledge to embark on a new journey in real estate, becoming a 5th generation agent, investor and developer.
